We can have a waiting list for new patients; if you can't find a time that suits you, please contact us for alternative availability. As you begin your treatment, more time slots will be available for adjustments.

Our cancellation policy
- We kindly ask for 48 hours' notice if you need to re-schedule or cancel your appointment.
- The full amount £120 for an Initial Consultation is taken at the time of booking.
- Any Initial Consultation missed, rescheduled, or cancelled within 48 hours will result in a 50% charge.
- Any adjustments missed or cancelled within 48 hours will result in the full amount of the adjustment being charged.
- Prior to the 48 hours, we are very flexible with appointments so if you do need to change your times, we will do our best to accommodate you.
Please note the Initial Consultation fee does not include your first adjustment. We will allow enough time for your first adjustment on your report of findings if it is appropriate for you to start care and you are happy with the recommended care plan.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
Your initial consultation and report of findings are £120 in total, which covers both of your first two appointments. Ongoing adjustments are £70 for existing patients, or £61-£65 per adjustment if you purchase one of our care packages.
Do I need X-rays?
We only take X-rays when clinically necessary. If your practitioner feels imaging is needed to confirm a diagnosis or shape your treatment plan, we'll discuss it with you at your initial consultation. If you've had relevant imaging within the last 5 years, it could help your practitioner; we recommend sending it to us for our review before your first visit. A separate provider takes X-rays, and a full spine X-ray costs £150.
