Our lawful bases

Booking and clinical systems
When you book online, you may be redirected to PracticeHub or another booking platform used by the clinic. That provider processes information on our behalf and may also provide its own privacy information for the services it operates.
International transfers
Some technology providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we will use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism and safeguards required by UK data protection law.
How long we keep information
Clinical patient records are retained in line with General Chiropractic Council requirements. For adult patients, records are kept for eight years from the date of the last visit. For children, the applicable retention period extends to the relevant 25th or 26th birthday requirement.
Other information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or for longer where required by law, professional obligations, accounting requirements or the establishment or defence of legal claims.
