This is something we recommend to many patients who struggle to visit twice a week. Getting adjusted by a chiropractor twice a day is just as effective.
So, what’s the catch? Well, we do need a three-hour gap where you walk or perform some movement before your second adjustment. This could mean you head to the gym or go for a leisurely walk or hike in between your appointments on that one day each week. Consider it your self-care day!
The key is to avoid sitting too much in between these adjustments.
When you do it this way, you only have one day of appointments rather than two each week. This can make life planning easier and potentially help you avoid undoing all the good we do at your visits each week.
