Terms and Cancellation Policy

These terms explain the practical arrangements that apply when you book an appointment with Posture & Wellness, including payment, cancellations, clinical decisions and use of this website.

Appointments and booking

Appointments may be booked through the clinic's online booking system or by contacting the clinic directly. Your booking is subject to availability and the information shown at the time of booking.

Please make sure the contact information you provide is accurate so that we can send confirmations, forms and appointment information.

Current initial consultation payment

The full £120 fee for the Initial Consultation and Report of Findings is taken at the time of booking.

This fee does not include the first adjustment. Where it is clinically appropriate for you to start care and you are happy with the recommended care plan, time is allowed for your first adjustment at the Report of Findings appointment.

48-hour cancellation policy

We currently ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • An Initial Consultation missed, cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours is currently subject to a charge of 50% of the Initial Consultation fee
  • An adjustment missed or cancelled within 48 hours is currently charged at the full appointment amount
  • Where more than 48 hours' notice is given, the clinic will do its best to accommodate a change of appointment

Any updated cancellation terms shown during booking should take precedence if they have been clearly provided to you before you confirm the appointment.

Late arrival

If you arrive late, we may need to shorten or reschedule the appointment so that later patients are not delayed. Any fee consequences should follow the cancellation policy and the terms shown when you booked.

Care plans and packages

Where the clinic offers prepaid care plans or appointment packages, the fee and any package-specific terms should be shown before purchase.

You remain free to decide whether to continue care. Any refund, credit or outstanding balance relating to a prepaid package will be handled according to the package terms supplied at purchase and applicable law.

Clinical decisions

Booking an appointment does not guarantee that a particular treatment will be provided. Clinical decisions depend on your history, examination findings, consent and whether the practitioner considers the proposed care appropriate and safe.

If the clinic believes another healthcare professional or urgent medical assessment is more appropriate, you may be advised or referred accordingly.

No guaranteed outcomes

Patient experiences vary. Information on this website, including testimonials and before-and-after material, does not guarantee a particular result, timeframe or outcome.
